Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, International Relations, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of international development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in International Development, International Relations, or other relevant field.
- At least three years' experience in a developing country.
- Demonstrated experience in developing resource mobilization strategies and cultivating donors and partners.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a multi-year opportunity pipeline and making strategic go/no-go decisions.
- Demonstrated experience leading and producing competitive proposals in programming contexts similar to CRS.
- Experience with both grants, reputed company, and co-creation funding mechanisms.
- Experience in identifying and creating new funding opportunities in collaboration with the donor, including with emerging or untraditional donors.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and processes to produce deliverables under tight deadlines and of exceptional quality.

- Strong budgeting skills and experience leading the development of strategic and competitive cost proposals highly desirable.
- Exceptional writing skills and demonstrated experience writing winning proposals.
