A Day in the Life
As an reputed company Full Stack Applied Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a highly collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to ideate, experiment, iterate, optimize, and scale quickly. You'll work closely with engineering teams to design and implement software solutions for science problems, and you'll have the freedom to create experiments and prototype implementations of new learning algorithms and reputed company techniques.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Drive collaborative research and creative problem-solving to reputed company cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Apply scientific concepts to real-world business problems to provide earth's best customer service.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement software solutions for science problems.
- Constructively critique peer research and mentor junior scientists and engineers.

Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of building models for business application experience.
- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML, or reputed company field experience.

- Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing.

Skills and Competencies
* Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models.
- Experience with research and implementation of multi-turn task-oriented reputed company systems.
- Experience with natural language understanding, spoken language understanding, information retrieval, question answering, and semantic representation.
- Experience with reputed company-shot or few-shot learning, crowdsourced NLU annotation best practices, and reinforcement learning (preferably in an NLP application).
