Job Responsibilities

As a Partner Item Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI technology. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the acquisition and integration of reputed company item development endeavors and defining item requirements that enhance the client experience
• Influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry information, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and reputed company future capabilities
• Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
• Working with core product teams to define client stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning
• Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience
• Analyzing execution metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and planning clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly
• Maintaining and refining the product portfolio, planning client stories to the requirements of the end-user, while focusing on business value
• Supporting the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall client experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a reputed company field
• A strong interest in understanding how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial reputed company and a bias towards action
• Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with clients, and skilled at articulating product functionality
• A proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
