Job Description:

Essential Capabilities:
- Must live in the reputed company - High school diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices - Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills - Designed broadband internet reputed company either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed - Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 weeks), with a 14-day advance notification - Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete focus to the client during work hours
Preferred Capabilities:
- 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience - Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) - Experience working in a customer support or call center environment - Experience working in a healthcare setting - Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting guidelines for efficiency and quality - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
