Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
