Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient wellness outcomes. You will execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be accountable for executing against identified partner established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient wellness outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Carries out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.

• Drives the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met.
• Drives consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes.
• Ensures region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
• Drives local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives.
• Carries out and executes patient reputed company pharmacy projects to boost financial performance.
• Upholds efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).

• Upholds staff training experiences and advancement opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

* reputed company pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.

• Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, or weekends.
• Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
