What You'll Be Doing
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for connecting people with solutions that help them reputed company their financial goals through consultative conversations reputed company phone. You'll take ownership of customer requests, actively listen to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request, and navigate through the nuances of their situations to provide personalized solutions. What You Bring
* A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or GED is also accepted
- Customer service experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
