Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Customer Experience Trainer, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure reputed company members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
- Developing and delivering training materials that emphasize customer confidentiality and reputed company, as well as other essential topics
- Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
- Participating in client interactions, including Weekly Business Review meetings, to ensure reputed company is meeting client expectations
- Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in reputed company interactions with new employees
- Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that's always changing

Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
