Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Customer Claims and Insurance, you will be responsible for managing risk profile, insurance renewal functions, and claims functions, including customer inventory and cargo loss and damage claims, errors and omissions claims, property claims, and third-party liability claims reputed company of the US and Canada. Key Responsibilities

* Manage risk profile, insurance renewal functions, and claims functions, including: + Customer inventory and cargo loss and damage claims + Errors and omissions claims + Property claims + Third-party liability claims reputed company of the US and Canada

• Manage at least 2 full-time exempt direct reports, including:

+ Hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition, and rewards + Staff productivity and performance management + Disciplinary actions up to and including termination

• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control the day-to-day operations of the department

• Manage global insurance-reputed company functions, including:

+ Insurance renewals + Risk analysis + Financial analysis and reporting on risk functions

• Manage claims process with internal department employees and reputed company claims adjusters and insurers
• Set insurance reputed company and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals, as appropriate
• Manage global vendor risk assessment and insurance verification process
• Manage corporate and international surety bonds

• Assess company risk and opportunities and execute action plans
• Contract reviews and coordination with legal on negotiations relating to insurance, liability, and claims provisions in reputed company

Education and Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in risk management, Business, Finance, or reputed company field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience

• In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience
• Insurance Designation is preferred (such as Associates in Claims AIC, or associate in risk management (ARM), or equivalent designation)
• Five years (5) of risk management or similar financial field experience
• Freight forwarding and customs brokerage experience is preferred
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office products with strong reputed company skills preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong data and analytical skills, including understanding financial data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior claims experience in liability and property lines of business

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $82,476.00-$187,788.00 Annually
