The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working in a remote environment, providing customer support through live chat. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through live chat, email, and phone (if required)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

What You'll Need

  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
