Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries from policyholders, clarifying policy details, updating claim statuses, assisting with claim payments, and providing comprehensive policy information. You'll handle inbound calls from policyholders and authorized third parties, reputed company while operating in a non-sales reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70 to 120 calls per day

• Communicate effectively with policyholders, providers, and other stakeholders

Required Skills

Qualifications

Training

Post-Training Schedule

* Following training, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
