Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk – Remote, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers reputed company phone, email, or online chat
• Opening and submitting requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
• Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and updating them on the status of their requests
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests
• Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly preferred)
• Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
