Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Analyst – Customer Service to join reputed company on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting reputed company data to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and inform strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and effective use of labor force management and operational data across the customer service capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain global customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners reputed company various Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau
- Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate reputed company Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools
- Extract, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data
- Provide level one support to external partners and internal customers on data-reputed company queries. Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of data reputed company issues
- Train and educate customers on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other relevant quantitative field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a customer service or reputed company functional setting
- Proficiency in data management and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proven expertise in designing and creating reputed company reports, dashboards, and insights that provide meaningful insights to drive operational improvements
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reputed company
- Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
