Primary Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Creating relationships with new and existing families to reputed company loyalty and customer retention
- Effectively managing chat requests, emails, and tickets in a timely manner
- Identifying and assessing family's needs to reputed company satisfaction quickly and reputed company
- Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company an appropriate amount of time
- Following and implementing live chat protocols and guidelines

- Providing effective rebuttals to customers who are looking to release their lesson schedule
- Recommending additional services to customers by understanding their needs
- Assisting with projects as needed
- Completing and passing reputed company assigned continual training and role play assignments
General Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written communication skills
- A positive and upbeat personality
- The ability to type 55 WPM
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive information
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Openness to coaching and training to increase customer acquisition performance
- The ability to actively listen and adapt to different types of personalities over chat
- The ability to remain professional and courteous with customers
- The ability to handle five chats at once
- Availability to work at least one weekend day and evenings
