Job Description:

We're seeking an reputed company and passionate Customer Support Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, and providing top-notch support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support (90%):

- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner. - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our reputed company services and products. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues. -

Reporting and Documentation (10%):

Direct Administrator/Direct Reports:

- This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care. - This position has no direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
