Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and email, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information about their deliveries
- Conducting real-time investigations to identify and resolve delivery issues, working closely with our Delivery Service Partners to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Communicating with customers to confirm delivery details, prevent delays, and arrange for re-delivery reputed company necessary
- Acting as an reputed company between our customers and Delivery Service Partners, identifying potential root causes and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekends, and national holidays
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and oral reputed company, minimum reputed company level)
- Strong communication skills in German (written and oral reputed company, minimum reputed company level)
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral reputed company)
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (weekends, overtime, and national holidays)
