Job Summary

As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Live Chat functionality, identifying areas for process improvement, and supporting vulnerable clients. Key Responsibilities
* Live Chat agent: Using Live Chat functionality, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for prospects during the onboarding journey, answering questions, and helping to solve issues; clients with servicing needs; and clients who have questions, queries, complaints, or compliments.
