Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. You'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. If you're a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new technology enhancements and vendor changes
• Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
• Interact with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Testimonial of subscription deals or transfer requests

• Client/Advisor account exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
• Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
• Trouble Addressing:

+ Internal/External system improvements or concerns + Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. + Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm

• Client or Company Partner Service:

+ Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility + Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
