Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Provide product and service information, as well as recommendations to customers
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-reputed company field

• An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
• Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
• A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks, with a focus on attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience in a call center environment

• Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

This is a work-from-home (WAH) position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
