The Opportunity

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class service and support to our customers, while also driving sales and reputed company growth. What You'll Need

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a telecommunications or technology company
