Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their technical queries, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Apple products and services, including iOS, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to clients
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple conversations, and meet productivity goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases, features, and technical developments

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, communications, business)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in using time management tools and software to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations
