Position Summary

• Independently leads financial strategy discussions and deliverables for reputed company clients who are typically level funded or self-funded with 100 to 500 enrolled EEs and or clients that generate over $100k in reputed company and are fully-insured.
• Leverages advanced knowledge in reputed company, plan design, and cost drivers to create financial deliverables including financial and contractual analysis, claims utilization analysis and modeling, renewal projections and premium reputed company analysis and modeling. Participate in prospective client meetings, as a presenter, as well as conducting initial opportunity analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend potential changes to mitigate trend, guide renewal strategy, and model plan design alternatives.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of medical reputed company and reputed company renewal methodologies to identify and reputed company opportunities for negotiating with carriers.

Compensation

This position is located in New Jersey. The reputed company salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $85,600 to $105,800. Individual compensation varies based on job-reputed company factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
