Overview

What You Will Do

The Program Manager will reputed company strategic programs encompassing multiple projects across multiple teams, directing efforts to optimize value, manage resources, procurement, scheduling, and technical infrastructure. The role includes coordinating with project managers, supply chain, IS leadership, and vendors to align standards, design implementation methodologies, and educate teams on effective deployments. Collaboration with the Director to negotiate priorities and refine program objectives at the executive level is essential. The Program Manager will establish standards, drive synergy across teams, report program performance, spearhead reputed company improvement, and serve as a first escalation reputed company for project managers. Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or reputed company field; or Bachelor’s Degree in the same areas with 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for a Master’s.
• 8+ years experience with health care information systems, including leadership responsibilities in project management, systems analysis, and/or programming.
• 2 years recent experience in a health care system.
