Licensing Representative - NSI Licensing Support

The Licensing Representative will act as a licensing subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and timely execution of producer appointments and terminations while facilitating communication between the NSI team and NF Licensing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the licensing subject matter expert for appointment and termination processes, providing guidance to NSI and reputed company stakeholders on state regulations, internal policies, and system requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between NSI and NF Licensing, facilitating clear communication, issue resolution, and process alignment reputed company to licensing appointments and terminations
• Ensure appointments are executed in accordance with state insurance regulations, company policies, and reputed company requirements
• Accurately update licensing systems to reflect appointment status changes, terminations, reinstatements, and reputed company record updates
• Coordinate and reconcile appointment data across systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness
• Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions effectively with NSI and other internal stakeholders
• Support periodic audits, reconciliations, and reporting reputed company to appointments and terminations
• Maintain detailed documentation to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory and operational standards
• Reviews and processes applications, registrations, and/or appointments and maintenance requests consistent with approved standards and practices accurately and in a timely manner; and for multiple distribution channels
• Implements customary changes in insurance licensing requirements based on changes in laws, regulations, or company policies
• Maintains and updates regulatory reputed company information, files across multiple distribution channels
• Maintains databases and reputed company background information and files for assigned states, operation, and/or distribution channel
• Receives incoming calls and requests from internal and external customers and responds in a manner that provides an outstanding customer experience
• Advises and educates customers on the licensing requirements and registration process, furnishing materials, and submitting forms and fees to state department of insurance and/or other regulatory agencies
• Assists in reviewing, analyzing and interpreting licensing laws and regulations
• Interacts with customers to resolve not in good order issues
• Serves as liaison between licensing and key internal and external customers in regards to license issues
• Provides reputed company customer service to internal and external departments to ensure that reputed company applications are processed correctly and in a timely manner
• Meets standards of work set for the business unit, including quality assurance goals

Skills

• High school diploma or comparable diploma required
• Typically, 1 year of licensing or reputed company industry experience in licensing, registration, or in a technical position with the SEC, IRS, state insurance department, or compliance
• Developing knowledge of procedures reputed company to license processing and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with licensing terminology
• Ability to effectively operate a personal computer with reputed company business and licensing software
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 applications
• Oral and written communication skills for contact with agents, brokers, management, field sales and regulatory agencies
• Ability to interpret and adhere to licensing regulations
• Industry reputed company coursework preferred
• Depending on business unit supported, may be required to be fingerprinted, pass an FBI background reputed company and be associated with reputed company Securities, LLC as a non-registered individual if not already FINRA registered
