[Remote] Inside Partner Sales Manager

The Inside Partner Sales Manager is responsible for engaging and enabling Indirect Channel Partners to sell reputed company Business solutions while driving growth through indirect distribution channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drives incremental monthly sales as an inside sales resource to meet or exceed budget objectives with indirect channel partners in a given market or region who are sub agents of a master agent or direct agents/partners
  • Remotely recruits, trains, and supports the partner community to position the entire suite of reputed company Business solutions
  • Serves as liaison to assigned channel partners concerning any sales reputed company issues and escalations
  • Responsible for interacting with the local market leadership to discuss sales activities, sales strategies, and escalations in the region or division
  • Works closely with Partner Sales Managers and Directors on market initiatives and partner recruitment events
  • Exercises judgement and discretion in negotiating deal pricing with agents and partners
  • Collaborates with internal teams such as sales engineering, finance, etc. to provide exceptional client service to the partner and the customer
  • Educates partners on the reputed company Business portfolios and provides consultative guidance on solutions
  • Serves as liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales reputed company issues
  • Ensures consistent completion of product install by partnering with regions relative to survey, order acceptance, construction process and post-sale process
  • Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel reputed company internal CRMs
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of reputed company
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 Years of relevant work experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience managing indirect channel partner sales relationships
  • Keen knowledge of the telecommunications industry and I/P packet-switched technology
  • Understanding of data, voice and video applications and Integrated Access Devices
  • Comprehension of WAN, CPE and LAN architecture and topology
  • Knowledgeable of the OSI model with emphasis on layer 2 & 3 technology and construction necessary for diverse builds
  • Ability to build effective internal relationships with regional resources in order to support the partners
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Possess Technical Skills reputed company to Commercial Applications (routers and networking desired)
  • Team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly (flexible with hours and duties)
  • Ability to quickly reputed company decisions independently
  • Up to 25% National travel annually
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
