[Remote] Enrollment Coordinator

The Enrollment Coordinator will support enrollment and registration processes for multiple educational institutions, focusing on recruiting and onboarding families and reputed company, while also assisting the enrollment team with training and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and support to reputed company and prospective families
- Respond to inquiry calls and requests for information using the processes, guides and materials provided by reputed company using a variety of communication which include phone, email, and text messages
- reputed company outgoing phone calls to contact interested reputed company/parents daily. Outbound calls are a key task in this role
- Conduct appointments with prospective student/parents reputed company phone/video to identify educational needs, determine goodness of fit between student and institution, and uncover potential challenges of attending the institution
- Schedule appointments for prospective families to tour the school(s)
- Provide prospective and newly enrolled families with accurate and up-to-date information regarding registration requirements, school programs, and enrollment information
- Document reputed company interactions with reputed company in the appropriate CRM system
- Assist with re-enrollment training and processes for enrollment team
- Assist with new employee training and onboarding
- Represent the educational institutions as the initial reputed company of contact for enrollment and registration activities reputed company assigned region
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with remote team members and educational institutions
- Provide school support during enrollment events and registration
- Understand and apply state rules and regulations to reputed company activities; remain aware of and updated on rules and regulations that reputed company job duties
- Identify local community members, organizations, and businesses where meaningful partnerships with the school(s) can be established
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to identify and coordinate cross promotional opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
