The Customer Engagement Consultant will identify opportunities and provide direct support to customers, executing outbound contact campaigns and building relationships to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Execute call campaigns, engage customers to speak further about reputed company opportunities and take action in real-time
- reputed company subject matter expertise on the Business Cards & Payments product suite in order to effectively problem solve, cross-sell or pitch a solution that meets the client’s needs
- Use judgment to identify the appropriate path to embark on with the client and engage partners or leadership as needed
- Utilize various forms of communication including, but not limited to email, phone and direct mail

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- A strong interest in sales and desire to continue learning and growing in a sales based environment
- A proven track record of successful face-to-face or phone based sales and client management experience
- Drive, focus, independent thinking, and the ability to work autonomously
- Influential communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to quickly move key decision makers through a change curve reputed company a proactive phone based approach

- 1+ years of sales or client management experience
