[Remote] Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will assist in project quoting, manage workloads, and ensure alignment with project objectives while maintaining accurate documentation and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines - manage workload and meet project KPIs
• Identify issues in scope and communicate with the external & internal teams/installers/vendors/customers for resolution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels
• Maintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to the customer
• Typically quote and reputed company orders for brand conversion projects
• Maintain and understand customer/brand products and offerings to address questions
• Collaborate with the team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of reputed company issues
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, processes, and best practices as training/information is provided by the team, brand, and supervisors
• Use internal systems/reporting for most project initiatives
• Contribute to a positive company and team culture
• Manage Customer Support Team in reputed company including phone and email requests
• And other duties as assigned
• Read/analyze survey information and site documents for accurate scope and quotes
• Provide clear and concise written delivery
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding needs, and executing a solution
• Fast paced email and phone response times
• Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries
• Verbally communicate effectively with clients/customers
• Escalate appropriately reputed company there are questions or escalated issue
• Ability and willingness to face challenges and solve problems while maintaining effective customer relationships by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Strong organizational skills

Skills

• 1-3 years working in a business environment
• General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
• Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
• Experience in customer service, construction, or branding is a plus
• BS or BA Degree, or similar experience
