[Remote] Ticket Writer - Silver Legacy (Reno)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Caesars Entertainment is a leading gaming company with a rich history in sports betting. They are seeking a Ticket Writer who will provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their sports betting inquiries and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to anyone who comes into our sportsbooks
- Adhere to reputed company rules and regulations set forth by the company and the Nevada Gaming Control Board
- Answer reputed company customer questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner
- Try to deescalate customer disputes/complaints and escalate to direct supervisor reputed company needed
- Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to customers
- Ensure reputed company necessary compliance (Title 31) paperwork/documentation is filled out according to Company policy and gaming control board standards

Skills
- The ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time
- Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS reputed company, internet, etc.)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Obtain a gaming license
- Must have 1+ years of cash handling experience
- High level of customer service
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to do simple math
- Understanding and a responsibility to adhere to reputed company compliance requirements set for by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a sports book is highly preferred
- Ability to motivate, reputed company, and mentor staff members
- Self-starter attitude who shows initiative
