[Remote] Transaction Processor - US Based Remote (Seasonal reputed company)

They are seeking a Transaction Processor to manage the intake and organization of new transactions, ensuring proper documentation and timely corrections based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review and upload documentation for proper recording/placement in the system
• Manage the intake and organization of new transactions in our operating system
• Complete change or correction requests from the reputed company offices in a timely manner based on set expectations
• Meet and/ or exceed metric expectations set on production time and provided after new hire reputed company up
• Additional duties as required by business need

Skills

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree a plus
• Prior experience in data entry, processing, or administrative support roles preferred. Real Estate, Mortgage, Financial Services, or other transactional/high‑volume environments a plus
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications including: Outlook, Teams, Word and reputed company. Ability to utilize in-house core operating systems
• Demonstrated ability to provide internal and external customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required
• Ability to collaborate well with others while managing assigned priorities independently
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills required to drive execution with speed and accuracy
• Must be comfortable working towards daily goals and targets
