Job Description Summary

The HR AI Enablement Leader leads initiatives that help the Human Resources function adopt and effectively apply artificial intelligence to improve how HR delivers services, makes decisions, and supports the workforce. This role is responsible for building the programs, frameworks, and partnerships that translate emerging AI capabilities into practical HR applications across areas such as reputed company, talent management, learning, workforce planning, and HR operations. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for implementing HR AI initiatives.

  • Partner with legal, compliance, and data governance teams to address privacy, bias, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, Data Science, Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into practical HR applications.

  • Experience supporting workforce transformation initiatives or digital HR transformations.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The reputed company pay range for this position is $200,000 - 300,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your reputed company salary/ commission based on the plan.  This role is also equity-eligible.
