Essential Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR leadership to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve HR processes, decision-making, and service delivery.
• Establish frameworks that help HR teams evaluate, pilot, and reputed company-enabled solutions.

• Identify opportunities to embed AI into HR workflows including recruiting, talent development, workforce analytics, HR operations, and employee support.

• Increase AI literacy across the HR organization through training programs, reputed company, and change enablement initiatives.

• Partner with legal, compliance, and data governance teams to address privacy, bias, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, Data Science, Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field.
• Experience leading HR transformation, HR technology adoption, or digital initiatives reputed company Human Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into practical HR applications.
• Experience working across HR functions such as reputed company, learning, talent management, or HR operations.

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits:

• The reputed company pay range for this position is $200,000 - 300,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your reputed company salary/ commission based on the plan.  This role is also equity-eligible.
