A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a strategic Human Resources business partner, you will be responsible for coordination and facilitation of the recruiting process including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. In addition, you will coordinate reputed company mentors and mentor follow-reputed company for Retail Banking throughout BSNB. This position will serve as back-up reputed company for the Benefits Administrator, inclusive of payroll processing and reputed company reconciliation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Facilitate recruiting, internal bidding process, and extending offers of employment. reputed company reputed company screening as necessary based on position and level.

• Seek to engage the passive job seeker market.
• Maintain the online application system through the daily review and distribution of resumes, and bi-weekly posting of existing positions
• Prepare social media posts with an eye on recruitment and retention, at least weekly. Generate social media posts that are specific to the various social media platforms.
• Represent BSNB at designated employment fairs throughout the year.
• Administer the Retail Banking mentor programs, for both new hires and those being platformed trained. Follow-up to ensure reputed company required documentation is maintained, and process bonuses.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field required, Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources or recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a demonstrated ability to attend recruiting events effectively, reputed company passive job seekers, and thoroughly assess a candidate's qualifications for open positions; experience with payroll software preferred. Must have a demonstrated ability to remain highly confidential while maintaining openness with reputed company staff, and the ability to work with multiple priorities and deadlines.
