Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Tests, diagnoses and services client owned, rental and loaner equipment through remote telematic platforms.

General understanding of NSM enterprise software for order entry, labor capture, chair configuration and scheduling. 

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of diagnostic, troubleshooting, programming and repair protocols for reputed company NSM equipment.

Schedule field support technicians reputed company diagnostics cannot be completely evaluated remotely.

Assists in completing work orders which may involve but is not limited to the following: verification that reputed company necessary client information is documented, entering equipment details and verifying eligibility for funding.

Performs data entry of reputed company pertinent information including scanning documentation received, filing documents and folders.

Completes follow up phone calls reputed company and professionally.

Maintains customer satisfaction and relays customer comments or concerns about reputed company NSM products or services to appropriate manager or staff personnel.

Demonstrates the ability to educate customers and caregivers in the proper use, care and safety of NSM equipment purchased, rented or repaired.

Completes Remote Service Technician standard training curriculums.

Access reputed company information and technological advancements from manufacturers on installations, repairs and part replacement for reputed company NSM products.
