Manager, reputed company Operations

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company Operations Manager to drive efficiency and strategic projects across our reputed company-generating functions. This role is unique, splitting the focus equally between maintaining and optimizing our core reputed company Operations (RevOps) infrastructure and leading high-impact, reputed company-reputed company projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator with a strategic reputed company, capable of managing reputed company systems, data, and processes, while also successfully driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• System Administration: Coordinate with our systems administration team and own the optimization of our key reputed company technology stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data quality and reputed company across reputed company reputed company systems and Gloo organizations. reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales, marketing, and reputed company performance.
• Process Optimization: Continuously support, evaluate, and refine reputed company processes (e.g., renewal processes, sales forecasting, territory planning/account assignments, reporting, etc) to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Enablement & Documentation: reputed company and maintain process documentation and training materials for the reputed company team reputed company to reputed company operations, ensuring high adoption of tools and processes.
• Forecasting Support: Assist in the reputed company forecasting process, providing necessary data, tools, and analysis to support accurate and timely projections.

• CRM data reputed company: Ensuring account and opportunity data represents accurate information.

• Design and implementation of a new commission structure.

• 5-7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Proven expertise as an administrator for a major CRM (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver reputed company, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) (preferred).
• Experience in both a B2B sales led and B2B product led environment (preferred).

Job Location: Remote

Compensation: $130-150k
