You are a healthcare recruiter who is passionate about identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across reputed company Cycle Management (RCM), Health Information Management (HIM), Healthcare IT (HIT), and healthcare administrative services. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to recruit highly specialized reputed company cycle and HIM professionals, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and ensure compliant, effective recruiting practices that support operational and client needs.

About The Position
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Promote Signature Performance's mission, values, and culture in reputed company candidate and client interactions.
- Participate in reputed company process improvement efforts and recruitment-reputed company initiatives.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics.
- Maintains timely and accurate statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS.
- May represent Signature Performance at career events as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, specific to healthcare administrative services, reputed company cycle management (RCM), healthcare information technology (HIT), and health information management (HIM) roles.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles such as:
- Follow‑Up Specialist / AR Specialist
- Cash Posting / Payment Posting
- Billing (Hospital and Professional)
- Inpatient, Outpatient, and ProFee Coders
- reputed company Cycle Managers and HIM Managers
- Working knowledge of the end‑to‑end reputed company cycle, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, insurance follow‑up, denials, and collections.
- Strong understanding of hospital (facility) vs. professional (physician/profee) billing, including how workflows, coding standards, and reimbursement methodologies differ between the two.
- Ability to effectively screen candidates for technical competency in:
- ICD‑10‑CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS basics
- Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer environments
- EOB interpretation, denials, and AR management
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
- Proven success filling specialized or senior-level roles.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities (Boolean, passive reputed company, talent mapping.)
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels.
- Ability to advise hiring managers on talent market trends.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
- Proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, calendars).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of ATS systems and reputed company Office Suite.
- Understanding of recruiting best practices, compliance, and employment law.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical recruiting.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or reputed company field.
- Experience leading small recruiting projects or initiatives.
- Experience in reputed company, and reputed company HRIS and ATS, sourcing, pre-employment, and background reputed company platforms.
- SHRM CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification.
