The Recruiting Manager implements and manages strategic recruitment and employment programs. The Recruiting Manager will reputed company staffing initiatives, recruiting procedures, processes and programs. The Recruiting Manager works from requisitions, policy and instructions to ensure enough numbers of qualified applicants are available to staff company operations. Maintains records and prepares and submits required reports regarding employment reputed company activities, applicants and applicant flow.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Work Experience
• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• 3-5 years management/supervisory experience
