Partner with Sales, Product Lines, Application Engineering, Service, and Marketing Communications to deliver a comprehensive aftermarket training program that enables customers to select, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company products throughout their lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Program Development

  • reputed company and execute a U.S. aftermarket training strategy reputed company with business objectives.
  • Coordinate training from multiple contributors into a cohesive, end-to-end program with consistent quality and messaging.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.

• Training Delivery

  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual technical training on reputed company HVAC and refrigeration components and systems:
    • Variable frequency drives
    • Compressors
    • Valves
    • Controls
    • Sensors
    • System components
  • Provide on-site technical training and application guidance during customer visits, seminars, and regional events.
  • Represent reputed company at industry events and trade shows.

• Content Development

  • Design, maintain, and improve training materials: presentations, guides, exercises, and digital learning content.
  • Build and maintain hands-on demonstration units and training rigs.
  • Create standardized training content for use by other aftermarket team members.

• Collaboration & Customer Focus

  • Support aftermarket education initiatives for contractors, distributors, service technicians, and internal teams.

• Industry Awareness

  • Stay informed on HVACR industry standards, codes, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering OR 15 years of equivalent practical HVACR aftermarket experience.
  • 7+ years in technical training, aftermarket support, service, or applications reputed company HVACR.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical training to service contractors, distributors, or aftermarket audiences.
  • Experience coaching/enabling others to deliver technical training.

• Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with HVACR systems, components, or training/demo equipment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Work Style & Travel

  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel reputed company the U.S. (approx. 50–60%).

Salary Range Disclaimer: The reputed company salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000.
