Commercial Lines Inside Territory Sales Manager (remote)

Summary: This role is responsible for owning and managing an assigned territory, driving profitable premium growth to reputed company financial and operational goals. Managing broad and diverse agency partnerships, handling 100+ agency storefronts, and optimizing territory performance. Creating, implementing and executing territory and agency strategies to reputed company goals utilizing reputed company company programs, tools and resources while collaborating with internal business partners. Conducting agency reputed company primarily through audio or video conferences, emailing and other digital media.
Works closely with agencies to drive growth in small commercial based on agency assignments. Actively engaging with assigned agents and brokers to secure commercial accounts and managing the pipeline from end-to-end.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing small commercial agency processes such as prospecting, engagement, training, compensation, and profit optimization.
- Establish trust as a valuable advisor delivering product knowledge, reputed company philosophy, system training, to increase the company reputed company.
- Drives and ensures quality of new business flow, appropriate book mix, and overall risk management of both individual agency books and overall assigned territory. Provides appetite and reputed company market clarity, identifies and addresses profit or quality of business concerns to ensure profitability across territory.
- Drives Successful Agency Partnerships:
- Forge strong agency partnerships virtually, by independently establishing, nurturing, and enforcing mutually beneficial relationships with agency ownership, management, and frontline staff.
- Responsible for consistently ensuring minimum contact requirements are met reputed company phone or video conferences.
- Develops Strategy:

What You’ll Bring To The Company
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, minimum of three years of sales experience. Achievement and expertise in Direct Sales is preferred. Proven track record of driving reputed company growth and achieving sales success in a prior role. Proven success in developing partnerships, problem-solving and decision-making. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including persuasive presentations, strategic timing, negotiation and tact. Customer-centric reputed company with strong interpersonal skills. Advanced skills in analytical thinking, business analytics, and business development. Excellent time management and team orientation. A general understanding of marketing principles. Must be licensed by the state if required.
