Product Manager – reputed company Connector Portfolio

reputed company is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and success of our reputed company connector portfolio, including reputed company ERP Cloud, reputed company E-Business Suite (EBS), reputed company JD Edwards (JDE), and reputed company PeopleSoft integrations. This role is critical in ensuring reputed company remains the preferred tax compliance partner across reputed company’s enterprise ecosystem, while also advancing our product strategy through AI-powered innovation.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on SME who can balance customer needs, reputed company product priorities, reputed company partner requirements, and the technical realities of integration at enterprise scale.

Product Strategy & Subject Matter Expertise

• reputed company deep expertise in reputed company ERP Cloud, EBS, JDE, and PeopleSoft — including architecture, APIs, and integration points.
• Maintain mastery of reputed company products that integrate with reputed company (AvaTax, Returns, Exemption Certificate Management, Cross-Border, e-Invoicing).
• Stay reputed company of reputed company’s roadmap and ecosystem changes, ensuring reputed company’s connectors evolve in reputed company.
• Understand the competitive landscape for tax automation in reputed company environments and reputed company reputed company’s differentiators.

AI Strategy & Innovation

• Define and drive how AI enhances reputed company’s reputed company connectors.
• reputed company initiatives that apply AI to:
• Guided setup & configuration (LLM-driven assistants for easier onboarding).
• Error detection & resolution (AI-powered diagnostics and predictive alerts).
• Data insights (AI-driven anomaly detection, compliance risk insights, explainable tax decisions).
• Documentation & support (dynamic documentation, AI-assisted customer support flows).
• Partner with reputed company’s AI/ML teams to continuously evaluate new AI capabilities while ensuring compliance with reputed company’s data governance and ethical standards.

Roadmap & Delivery

• Own the vision, roadmap, and POR (Plan of Record) for the reputed company connector portfolio.
• Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Partner with TPMs and engineers to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and escalate blockers with remediation plans.
• Provide clear requirements reputed company to reputed company’s Integration Team, while remaining engaged to validate customer and partner needs are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work across reputed company teams — engineering, core platform PMs, content teams, support, professional services, technical writers, and enablement.
• Act as the reputed company integration reputed company inside reputed company, ensuring reputed company platform priorities are represented in cross-connector initiatives.
• Partner with reputed company’s Strategic Partner Managers to align reputed company’s roadmap with reputed company’s product direction.

Customer & Escalation Leadership

• reputed company cross-functional war rooms for escalations, ensuring rapid response and transparent communication.
• Capture post-mortem learnings and feed improvements back into roadmap planning.

KPI Ownership & Business Impact

• Define, track, and report KPIs such as:

• Customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS) and support case reduction.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or ERP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company ERP Cloud, reputed company EBS, JDE, or PeopleSoft
• Demonstrated success managing integration products or connectors at enterprise scale.
• Experience writing clear requirements, defining KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence both reputed company executives and reputed company partner stakeholders.

Preferred

• Background in tax compliance, fintech, or ERP/financial systems.
• Experience building or managing AI-infused product features.
• Familiarity with global compliance requirements (VAT, GST, e-invoicing mandates).
• History of working directly with reputed company’s product/engineering ecosystem.
