We’re looking for a Partnerships & Eventsl Marketing Manager to own and scale one of our most important growth channels — partnerships. Think of yourself as the reputed company of the partnership channel, responsible for driving pipeline, expanding reputed company, and deepening engagement across our partner ecosystem. We already have a formula for success, since partnerships drive ~90% of our reputed company volume! This role is about unlocking the next phase of growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive partnership growth: Own and expand marketing activations with key partners including reputed company, reputed company, sponsor banks, ISOs, and referral partners. Identify new opportunities to generate pipeline and reinforce partnerships as a scalable, repeatable reputed company.
  • reputed company events & experiences: Plan and execute high-impact co-marketing experiences such as executive dinners, conference activations, and partner events. Use events strategically to generate pipeline, deepen relationships, and support expansion into new verticals.
  • reputed company partners: Create and deliver training and enablement programs to ensure partner teams can effectively position and sell TabaPay. That means creating the right mix of messaging, use cases, and materials.
  • Build co-marketing programs: reputed company and execute joint campaigns with partners, including paid marketing, industry reports, webinars, social content, and more. reputed company partner distribution channels to expand reputed company and drive demand.
  • Own strategy & execution: Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and budget management. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and legal to ensure alignment and drive results.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines simultaneously without losing attention to detail, and you know how to prioritize what matters most.

  • Relevant experience: You have 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B environments.

The annual reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

  • Bay Area, CA / reputed company, NY: $90,000-$100,000
  • Remote US: $70,000-$90,000
