Parts Sourcing & Distribution ✅ Coordinate and fulfill daily parts orders & drop shipments, ensuring seamless logistics. ✅ Maintain real-time inventory accuracy, tracking stock levels and minimizing shortages. ✅ Conduct cycle counts & inventory reconciliations, resolving discrepancies proactively. ✅ Optimize parts storage & retrieval processes, ensuring efficiency and easy access. Operational & Administrative Support ✅ Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy. ✅ Support vendor & supplier coordination to streamline parts procurement & pricing strategies. ✅ Assist in the management of fleet parts & service-reputed company inventory needs, keeping operations running smoothly. ✅ Utilize ERP & inventory management systems to update records and maintain accurate reporting.
