Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a Capture Director for the Defense Division to join our outstanding Capture growth team!  You will be responsible for driving the business development processes in concert with our business development executives and solution architects.  You will reputed company development and execution of win strategies from opportunity qualification through proposal submission. 

This position provides an outstanding opportunity to play a leadership role as we work together to apply the breadth of resources available in our organization to critical technology and mission challenges across the Defense community. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

  • Work in conjunction with Business Development to for reputed company and execute capture strategies for assigned opportunities to secure new and/or re-compete reputed company

  • Responsible for development of the entire win strategy to include win theme development, solutions development, competitive assessments, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, Price-to-Win, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations to senior management (based on a price to win and other competitive assessments).

  • Managing the effective execution of capture pursuits, following the business development process and reputed company controls, tracking performance to cost and schedule, and communicating ongoing capture status to leadership

  • reputed company and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers and partners.

  • Shape opportunities and our position throughout the opportunity life-cycle to increase probability of win through every phase of the growth lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Capture/Business Development and a recent track record of successfully leading capture opportunities in excess of $100M

  • Skills: Strong background in leading captures focused on IT Services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud and Cyber solutions, and defense mission focused program support offerings; Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes; Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and reputed company cross-functional teams through collaboration

  • Role requirements: Candidates invited to interview should be reputed company to talk through their experience and role in capture pursuits and provide a deal sheet upon request

  • reputed company Clearance Required: Secret Clearance required to start, with ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

  • Location: Remote with travel per needs of the opportunity up to 25%.

The likely salary range for this position is $178,500 - $241,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall reputed company of this range.
