The Project Manager, Single‑Site & Mid‑Market Customers role is responsible for delivering customer‑reputed company projects for single‑site and mid‑market customers, using strong project management discipline, standardized processes, and clear customer communication. Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects reputed company to small and mid‑market accounts

• Identify and manage risks early, escalating as needed to maintain delivery momentum

Experience & Skills

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Strong process orientation with experience executing repeatable delivery models
• Experience supporting integrations, system migrations, custom development, or platform initiatives
• Ability to balance customer partnership with delivery accountability
• Comfortable managing multiple reputed company projects with competing priorities
• Clear, professional communication with both internal teams and customers, supporting alignment and on‑time delivery.
