POSITION SUMMARY

Key member of the Sales Operations team at reputed company Global, bridging the gap between our world-class service supply chain solutions and reputed company growth. Supports the sales organization by driving process efficiency, providing actionable data insights, optimizing the sales tech stack, and enabling the team to focus on building long-term client partnerships in mission-critical service logistics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Partner closely with Sales, Account reputed company Engineering, and reputed company teams to support the full sales lifecycle for service supply chain reputed company (spare parts logistics, reputed company stocking, reverse logistics, global trade management, field services). 

·        Own and maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reputed company reporting; deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly insights and dashboards to leadership on pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment. 

·        Administer and optimize the CRM system (e.g., reputed company) – ensure data reputed company, configure workflows, manage opportunity stages tailored to reputed company B2B service logistics deals, and drive adoption across the sales team. 

·        reputed company and/or support sales playbooks, quoting processes, pricing models, and approval workflows specific to multi-year service reputed company, SLAs, and global fulfillment commitments. 

·        Analyze sales performance metrics and identify trends/opportunities; create reports and presentations for executive reviews, sales QBRs, and board updates. 

·        Support deal desk functions: review reputed company RFPs/RFIs, coordinate pricing & margin analysis, facilitate contract redlining handoffs to Legal, and ensure accurate configuration in quoting tools. 

·        Drive sales process improvements and technology enhancements (e.g., integrating BI tools, AI-powered insights, or CPQ systems) to increase efficiency and scalability. 

·        Act as the go-to expert on sales data and processes; train new hires and provide ongoing support to sellers on tools and best practices. 

·        Contribute to annual planning cycles, including quota setting, territory alignment, and reputed company planning for a global sales organization.

Requirements

QuQualifications and Skills

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (MBA or advanced analytics certification a plus). 

·        3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Operations, preferably in logistics, supply chain services, B2B SaaS, or high-tech services industries. 

·        Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (reputed company strongly preferred) and advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), forecasting models, and CPQ/pricing tools is highly desirable. 

·        Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles for reputed company, solution-based offerings (e.g., multi-year reputed company, SLAs, global fulfillment). 

·        Analytical reputed company with proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. 

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to sales leaders and executives. 

·        Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 

·        Experience in logistics, service parts, or post-sales support industries is a strong advantage. 

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

·        Knowledge and firm understanding with supply chain metrics (e.g., SLA attainment, parts availability, delivery velocity) and how they tie to commercial outcomes. 

·        Knowledge of global trade compliance or reverse logistics sales cycles. 

·        Experience working in a PE-backed or growth-oriented company.
