Field Operations Manager - HV
Description
The Field Operations Manager oversees the management of self-performing aspects of utility scale solar, substation, and BESS installations ensuring projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to high-quality and safety standards. Supervisory Responsibilities
The Field Operations Manager oversees a team of supervisors and craft personnel, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management. They also manage relationships with clients and third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance and evaluating their performance.
Duties/Responsibilities

Requirements

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations, preferably in the solar HV substation, and BESS or renewable energy sector.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, walking, and standing.
- Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; speech communication and hearing to maintain communication with employees and other team members.
