Job Summary
As a Premier Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through verbal and written communications, resolving issues reputed company, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred but not required
- Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems
- Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information
- Knowledge of Medical/Reimbursement Terminology
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
