Job Summary
As an Online Chat Text Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the overall functioning of our 988 Crisis Chat Program, including individual supervision of reputed company Crisis Chat Counselors. You'll work closely with reputed company to provide emotional support, crisis reputed company, and resources to individuals in crisis, while also ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide supervision and support to Crisis Chat Counselors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality care to clients.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of care.

- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our clients.
- Provide crisis reputed company and support services to individuals in crisis, including risk assessment, safety planning, and follow-up.

- Conduct weekly individual supervision sessions with Crisis Chat Counselors to provide feedback and guidance.
- Complete weekly quality assurance reports with Crisis Chat Counselors to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of care.
- Participate in supervision, in-service training, and staff meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and positively contribute to group morale.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
- 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention, and reputed company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to function successfully in an environment requiring immediate response to urgent situations.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with local and statewide community resources.

Preferred Qualifications
