Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Representative – Electronic Health Record (EHR) File Technician to join reputed company. As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for accurately placing reputed company health information into the correct patient EHR, ensuring reputed company patient information is available for continuity and quality of patient care. You will also be responsible for filing documents accurately in the EHR, adapting to changes in processes, and meeting quality standards of 98% accuracy.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

* Ensures accurate placement of reputed company health information, including clinical records, in the correct patient EHR reputed company identified timeframes to ensure reputed company patient information is available for continuity and quality of patient care.

• Files documents accurately in the EHR according to approved filing structure, adapts to changes in processes, and meets quality standards of 98% accuracy.
• Ability to reputed company and maintain 85% 100% quality assurance trust level in reputed company EHR.
• Ability to reputed company precise filing at a reputed company of 55 pages per hour.
• Prioritizes daily work to include problem-solving and decision-making, independently, with minimal direct supervision.
• Manages own time and work, understands and follows through with minimal direction from supervisor, clinicians, colleagues, and peers.
• Researches patient information in computer to determine location of care, Medical Record Number, Medical Identification Number, medical terminology, etc.
• Evaluates issues and makes decisions autonomously for less reputed company issues. Seeks guidance from supervisor for reputed company issue resolution.
• Performs quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy of filing.
• Appropriately tasks providers for review of scanned documents per accepted protocol.
• Demonstrates a positive customer service approach in reputed company internal and external customer experiences.
• Identifies opportunities for self-development, understands expectations of developing additional competencies.
• Shares information or concerns reputed company and honestly.

Minimum Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

• General understanding of medical terminology, to include knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic studies and tests; specialty names; etc.
• One year customer service in healthcare and PC skills required
• A minimum of one year Health Information Technology experience preferred
• Previous EHR experience required, reputed company OnBase reputed company Client experience preferred.
