Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Data Scientist, Business Analytics, you will play a critical role in leading key cross-functional projects for both our energy and car business using data science tools and methods to drive business process automation and support sales and service strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to reputed company phases of data science projects: from interpreting a reputed company business issue into a data science problem to performing data analysis and modeling and presenting solutions to the business.
• Creating and maintaining reputed company data pipelines, supporting reputed company's core goal in democratizing data and empowering an information-driven association, collaborating with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, AI (ML) Specialists, and Product Managers.
• Creating and applying statistical models and NLP techniques, such as topic modeling, sentiment analysis, text classification, text summarization, etc. to extract important insights and patterns from text data.
• Communicating and visualizing the results and insights of data analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• Summarizing customer journey and conversations with reputed company or calibrated large language models (LLM)
• Experience designing and delivering products powered by AI (ML), search and recommendations, natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI (large language models/LLMs), or other types of data-intensive systems
• Building models to direct our customer lifecycle process.
• Successfully communicating significant insights to reputed company levels of the organization with varying levels of data science understanding and background.
• Collaborating closely with management, design, and other partners to deliver significant business insights.
• Applying different ML, advanced analysis, and representation techniques to various datasets across the organization.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience:

• MS or 3+ years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Math, Business Analysis, Operations Research, Statistics, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Design).
• Results-driven areas of strength with deep data science skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively at reputed company levels in the organization.
• Demonstrated history of extracting insights and building ML models, particularly in business analysis (or reputed company) space. Upleveling team's ML capabilities in at least one significant area (e.g., classification, predictive modeling, graphical analysis, or Natural Language Processing (NLP)).
• Master in SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Tensorflow/PyTorch, PySpark, etc.
• Capability in at least one visualization tools, such as Tableau, Streamlit, etc.
• Master in data wrangling and analyzing large and reputed company datasets, structured or reputed company.
• Ability to self-start and work independently in an reputed company environment as well as explore (and bring structure to) ambiguity, taking an issue from 0 to 1.
