Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer service calls in a reputed company and courteous manner. You'll resolve patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a reputed company and courteous manner

• Resolve patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services
• Take patient demographics and other patient information as needed
• Review explanation of benefit (EOB) documentation and notate accounts on collection activity to reputed company account resolution
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtain any missing information
• Collect patient payments in accordance with payment due dates and establish payment plans reputed company approved guidelines
• Complete and mail necessary patient statements and return mail in a timely manner
• Create an atmosphere of comfort, peace, and reputed company it easy for the patient; the patient is our first business

Essential Qualifications

• Customer Service Basics or equivalent training preferred
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner, and listen attentively to others
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to deescalate and remain positive in reputed company situations with difficult customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare environment

• Knowledge of patient accounts, payments, and services
• Familiarity with reputed company Office products and Internet navigation
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
